2. Data we collect and why
This site has no tracking scripts, no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own.
When you make a purchase, payment and billing data (name, email, address, card details) are collected and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as merchant of record. We receive from Paddle only the information needed to fulfil your order: your email address and the product purchased, used solely to generate and deliver your download link.
When you use the re-download form, you submit a Paddle transaction ID. This is sent to our fulfilment server (cymbalforensics.com) to look up your order and regenerate a download link. No other personal data is stored or shared.
3. Third-party processors
- Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record. Paddle Privacy Policy.
- cymbalforensics.com — order fulfilment and download delivery. This server is also operated by Zlatko Baracskai.
4. Data retention
Order records on the fulfilment server (email + product slug) are retained for up to three years for re-download support, then deleted. Paddle retains transaction data according to their own policy.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, email z@zlatko.hu. For data held by Paddle, contact Paddle directly.
