Digital downloads

All sales are final. Because products are delivered as instant digital downloads, we do not offer refunds.

EU/EEA customers: by completing a purchase and requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive. Paddle collects this consent at checkout.

Lost or expired download links

If your link did not arrive or has expired, use the re-download page with your Paddle transaction code (txn_…) to get a new one at any time. This is not a refund situation.

Errors and exceptions

If you were charged for something you did not receive and the re-download page cannot help, email z@zlatko.hu with your transaction code and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions (cymbals.zlatko.hu)

Subscription cancellations are handled at cymbals.zlatko.hu. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.
