1. Who we are
This store is operated by Zlatko Baracskai, Bristol, United Kingdom (z@zlatko.hu). The products sold here are digital downloads: music albums, audio plugins, and related materials.
2. Payment and merchant of record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record. When you purchase from this store, your contract of sale is with Paddle. Paddle handles billing, collects and remits sales tax and VAT on your behalf, and issues your receipt. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
3. Products and delivery
All products are delivered as digital downloads. Upon successful payment, Paddle notifies us and a download link is generated and delivered to you. Delivery is typically instant; if your link does not arrive within a few minutes, use the re-download page with your Paddle transaction code (txn_…) or email z@zlatko.hu.
4. Licence
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded files for your own creative and personal work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the files publicly available.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in their capacity as merchant of record.
6. Limitation of liability
Products are provided as-is. We make no warranty that they will be free from defects or compatible with every system. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
